Working on the quality of your packaging process
Willems Baling Equipment designs, produces, and assembles fully-automated production lines for packaging a variety of voluminous raw materials. We oversee the quality throughout the entire production process, from engineering to operations on location.
Because we build the machines in-house, we offer enormous flexibility and excellent quality control. We employ highly-qualified specialists and utilise extremely advanced facilities for designing, fabricating, assembling, and thoroughly testing our machines. Our own experts are solely responsible for transport, installation, and on-site service.

Minimalizing workload
Our expertise and decades of experience enable us to specialise in turnkey projects. We put our knowledge of systems from A to Z into a complete production line, with just one point of contact for the customer.
But the mere making of bales is usually not enough to result in a complete packaging process. For optimum efficiency, preproduction and postproduction must seamlessly align with the baler.
This may include transporting and weighing or sifting the raw materials and bundling, palletising, and transporting the bales. Willems Baling Equipment extra machines, conveyor belts, packaging units, and robot allow us to fabricate fully automated production lines carrying out all baler-related activities.
In addition to mechanical engineering, Willems Baling Equipment also provides the automation section of the packaging line. Cabling and programming are entirely delivered by Willems.
